Description:
Full Scale Solutions is currently recruiting for the following position which is located in Raleigh-Durham, NC. Our Client is a leader in manufacturing non-invasive products and technology.
The main focus of this position will be providing engineering support for several of our Clients products. The incumbent will work closely with customers as well as marketing, sales, customer service, purchasing, manufacturing, engineering, and QA. Duties and Responsibilities: Support new and existing OEM customers from design win through final production •Track, prioritize and resolve multiple issues from multiple customers and manufacturing •Escalate customer and manufacturing issues to the development group as needed •Release and maintain engineering documentation •Update test plans and coordinate validation activities •Work closely with manufacturing during the initial production phase for new variants of OEM modules, and ongoing production of OEM and finished products •Provide technical support to the sales team worldwide •Up to 10% travel - domestic and international •Other duties, as required
Qualifications:
BS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent •Minimum of 5 years experience working in an engineering environment •Two years experience in a position with direct customer contact, preferred •Experience with hardware, software, and mechanical design •Thorough understanding of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques •Excellent oral and written communication skills •Detail-oriented and highly organized. Stellar multitask abilities •Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills •Previous experience with a medical device company preferred •1-2 years of production support preferred
