Tax Compliance Long Term Contract
Location: RTP
Duration: 6-12 months
Rate: $40-42 per hour
Start: ASAP
Travel: None
Preparation of Federal, State and Local income and franchise tax returns.
Preparation of state and local sales, use and property tax returns.
Preparation of quarterly estimated tax payments for federal, state (and, if necessary, county and city) tax returns.
Maintenance of Tax Compliance Calendar and Tax Filing System for all legal entities within the organization.
Preparation of U.S. information reports (Forms 5471/5472) with respect to Controlled Foreign Corporations.
Maintenance of information reporting system (Forms1099-Misc)
Assist Tax Compliance Manager in preparation of current and deferred tax provisions and reconciliation of tax return to book accrual for taxes.
Required undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance.
Two to six years of experiences in Taxes (large company experience required)
