Sarbanes Oxley –Contract Position
Location: RTP
Duration: 4-6 months
Rate: $30-40 per hour
Start: Aug 2008
Travel: 20-25%
Conducting Sox 404 testing.
First year Sarbanes compliance work.
Prior experience with Sox is a Must!
5 years experience.
Prior Public Accounting experience required(Big 4, or Large Regional)
CPA required
Experience with SAP preferred.
