OPPORTUNITY Locally based privately owned company with international manufacturing facilities seeking CFO. This is a newly created position and will ultimately create the Accounting and Finance department from scratch in order to get ready for an IPO within 12 months. Ideal candidate must have Pharmaceutical Industry experience and who has taken a company public.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS: CPA required Prior experience with Pharmaceutical Industry preferred International travel required; bilingual candidates preferred Steady sales growth year after year for the past five years providing the ability to fund continued expansion without outside investment Within five years, company has grown to approx 75M
Salary up to $250K base, plus 1% Stock options which are not valued yet.
