Description:
Opportunity to play an integral part clients Change Management Strategy. This role will help facilitate and sustain change initiatives related to the implementation of Oracle applications technology (ie, Oracle projects, Oracle time & labor, etc) and other system, process, policy & people related business transformation efforts.
• Developing plans to reinforce/reward new organizational behaviors • Developing and executing change/communication strategies • Determining key metrics to monitor the progress of change • Coaching managers and employees through the change process • Developing and delivering training
• 5+ years of Human Resources and/or Change Management experience • Project Management experience • Strong Communication skills • Training development/facilitation skills • Strong decision making skills and ability to drive teamwork • Superior computer skills- PowerPoint, Excel, SAP, and strong analytical skills • Bachelors degree • Industry experience is a bonus
