Bronto Software is seeking Online Marketing Account Managers who thrive on driving customer success in the competitive world of on-line marketing to join their Client Services team.
The Online Marketing Account Manager is dedicated to the success of Bronto's strategic accounts. The goal of this position is to help our clients to be better email marketers. In addition, Account Managers are also expected to stay abreast of email marketing industry trends and best practices and to pro-actively share their knowledge with their clients. Additionally, they are required to be experts of Bronto's software and of the email marketing industry overall.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage relationships
* Client campaign optimization, work with clients to optimize email marketing campaign performance
* Help clients gain insights into their business and customer behavior through analysis of message results, deliverabilitiy metrics, list quality, etc.
* Collaborate with clients in evaluation of all facets of an existing email program and identify strengths and weaknesses. Provide recommendations to improve results
* Interface with internal organizations to drive revenue and deliver service to clients
* Educate customers on email marketing & industry best practices
* Ensure customer compliancy with government laws and Bronto policies
* Authoring articles and blog posts, presenting at seminars, developing webcasts and participating at trade shows
* Being the"voice of the client" for guiding product development
* Develop and present customized presentations at customer sites, articulating results & recommendations on client-specific campaigns
Qualifications include:
* 3-5 years of email marketing experience, experience with email marketing applications
* Interactive marketing experience
* Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills required
* Customer facing experience
* Efficient time-management skills across multiple client demands
* Experience with Software as a Solution (SaaS) applications
* Self-directed and self-motivated with a demonstrated work ethic and ability to perform under pressure
* Passion for the online marketing space with a solid understanding of marketing principles and techniques
* BS/BA degree
* Proficiency with web-base applications
* Proven experience with strategic thinking and complex decision making
* Relocation assistance is currently not available for this position
* Ability to work in the US without sponsorship
