SOX Testing and Verification Consultant- TRAVEL
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6-12 months
Location: OH for first 3 months, Raleigh for balance of project but traveling 50% to various sites in OK, PA, MO, OH, and NC
Pay Rate: $45-50 per hour plus expenses
Travel: 100% during the first 3 months. 50% for the balance of the project
PLEASE NOTE THE TRAVEL LOCATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS AND BE PREPARED TO COMIT AS THE PROJECT WILL START QUICKLY.
Position Description: This position will be responsible for documenting and monitoring automated and manual internal controls testing results in SAP. When necessary, this position will assist with writing of internal control test plans to supplement the test plans from baseline configuration and integration testing. This position will also be required to work with the Work Stream End to-End/Assurance process teams to ensure internal controls are properly documented in the design specifications/control templates as well as work with the Assurance team to ensure internal controls are captured properly in the test plans and Sox reporting tool.
Requirements: 3-4 years experience
Experience working with Internal Financial Auditing and or External Financial Auditing
Experience with Sarbanes Oxley Internal Controls and Segregation of Duties for Financial processes
Ability to work virtually and perform in a collaborative consensus-building environment
Knowledgeable on SAP MIC (Management of Internal Controls), Visio, and Excel
Past financial controller experience is desired, CPE preferred
