Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Cary

Rate: $40-45 per hour

Primary focus will be on revenue analysis, plan development, forecasting, review of actual results, management reporting, and ad hoc financial and operational analysis.
Planning and analysis support in preparation of the annual operating plan, monthly reporting and analysis, and forecasts.
Variance analysis of expenses versus actual. Partner with accounting to ensure monthly financial results are accurate and in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and company policies and procedures.
Develop budgets and forecasts, applying knowledge of the segment, performance trends, operating initiatives, and interaction with Corporate Markets management.
Conduct product profitability analysis for selected areas of responsibility.
Provide analytical support to internal customers in preparation of business cases needed for investment.
Undergraduate degree in finance or accounting required.
MBA or CPA degree preferred.
Experience with SAP required.
Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills.
5 to 7 years of progressive and related finance experience.
Strong analytical skills, including financial modeling and strategic analysis skills.
