Bronto is seeking Sr. Sales Associates who thrive on the adventure of finding and winning business in the competitive world of online interactive marketing! Recent competitive wins including Trek Bikes, Lending Tree, and JP Morgan Chase have led to a 33% increase in average deal size in 2006!

The ideal candidate is an aggressive sales professional who understands how to use solution selling to drive a significant amount of new revenue for Bronto. Heavy investments in marketing and a generous compensation package ensure a prosperous career for those who are willing to work hard and win new business for Bronto!

Responsibilities:

  • Meet/exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Manage sales funnel, contacts and activity via Salesforce.com
  • Provide accurate forecasting via Salesforce.com to Bronto management
  • Qualify and close business generated by Bronto marketing
  • Generate and close business from cold calling, prospecting and referral selling

Required:

  • Clear track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Discipline to use Salesforce.com to manage your business
  • Excellent written, oral and interpersonal skills
  • 3-5 years of sales experience
  • BA/BS or equivalent

Preferred:

  • Previous experience selling web-based software as a service (SaaS) applications
  • Experience selling via internet through phone/web demonstrations
  • 4 year degree from a top university
