Bronto is looking for a full-time support associate to join our Client Services team and provide email marketing, product and technical support for its email marketing software customers. Qualified candidates will have one to two years technical support experience and a college degree. Review the details below to see if you are up for the challenge.
Responsibilities * Resolve Tier I and II client technical support questions * Provide email marketing guidance and best practice advice to our clients * Communicate problem resolution and status to customer via telephone, web and email * Lead training sessions over the telephone and Internet * Work with customers to maximize the use of Bronto to solve their business problems * Assist with product documentation, QA and educational collateral * Be the voice of the customer for guiding product development
Requirements * One to two years technical support experience * Bachelor's degree; technical focus a plus * Professional verbal and written communication skills * Friendly, energetic and professional personality * Experience with technology and internet products/services; help desk experience a plus * HTML, CSS and web design skills * U.S. Resident
