CED Job Board Posting Guidelines for Recruiting Firms
Please read below for several important job posting guidelines for recruiting firms to follow:
- As a CED member benefit, job postings can be listed for CED member companies only.
- The company clients that recruiters are posting for (anonymously or publicly) MUST be CED members. Please confirm your clients’ active CED membership by reviewing the drop-down list of current CED members on the job-posting form before you post the position.
- If your client is not a CED member, please encourage them to join CED at the appropriate company level before posting their job whether you are posting a job on behalf of a named or unnamed company.
- If you are referencing the employer in the posting, we encourage you to list the posting in that company’s name. You can direct responses to your own representative as desired.
- Unnamed company postings are also limited to CED members only (see above for instructions on determining eligibility). There is a limit of five (5) free anonymous job postings per professional search firm at any one time. Additional unnamed listings can be added for a subscription price of $500 for a bundle of 5 interchangeable listing spots for a 3 month term (positions also limited to CED member companies).
