Clinsys Clinical Research, Inc.&#174; is a full-service clinical research organization (CRO) that provides pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device companies with a broad range of clinical research services in support of Phase I-IV drug and device development.  Due to our continued growth we are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Project Manager for our North Raleigh office.

The Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of assigned activities associated with the conduct of clinical research trials sponsored by the pharmaceutical industry.  These activities include the organization, planning, timely execution, reporting and evaluation of the clinical program objectives. Provides leadership to the project team, including office&#8211;based personnel and regional monitors. Serves as the primary contact with the sponsor for project related activities and a liaison with the monitors, clinical research sites, vendors and other internal  departments such as Biometrics. Ensure that assigned projects proceed according to the designated timelines and within the approved budget. The Project Manager will develop new sponsor relationships and identify new business opportunities with current sponsors.

This position requires a bachelors degree or equivalent with preference in a bio-medical field (RN, RPh)or equivalent science degree. An advanced degree is desirable but not required.  A Minimum of three years clinical trial experience is preferred. Experience in performing project management functions is required. Monitoring experience is mandatory. Candidates should have in-depth knowledge of the clinical trial and drug development process.

Full Scale Solutions is currently seeking a senior inside sales representative, who possesses significant experience in selling to large enterprises.  This position will require the incumbent to sell our Client&#8217;s legacy modernization services and products to large accounts throughout the US. The position requires an experienced representative, with proven success in selling $100,000 to $3M deals to large corporate customers.  Our Client is a market leader in legacy application modernization, which helps their customers modernize their midrange (AS/400, System) applications. This is not a Business Development position. It is 100% sales. Relocation is not required and work from a private / home office is acceptable. Significant earnings potential exists for the qualified candidate.

Responsibilities Include:
Prospecting, responding to incoming leads and developing accounts to close a sufficient business commensurate with the potential of your assigned territory and the quota provided to you by the company.

Minimum Requirements
The following requirements are mandatory.  Candidates must meet these requirements.
&#61607;Five or more years of telesales experience selling to senior executives. 
&#61607;References of success and exceeding past sales quotas.
&#61607;Strong verbal and written communication skills (samples will be requested).
&#61607;Strong organization and attention to details.
&#61607;Employ a selling process that is defined and repeatable (as opposed to &#8220;seat of the pants&#8221;)
&#61607;Be energetic, positive, and bring a &#8220;can do&#8221; attitude to challenges.
&#61607;Be able to work well with other peers and managers.
&#61607;Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas throughout their career. 
&#61607;Must provide current references that verify outstanding performance. 


Other Skills
In addition to the minimal required skills listed above, the below are also helpful and will complement your application, but are not required:
&#61607;Experience selling legacy/midrange based application products or services.
&#61607;Knowledge of legacy and / or modern software technologies.
